IONS 9 TH EDITION
The Logo for the 9th IONS Conclave of Chiefs' (IONS CoC) weaves together symbolism and spirit. At its core lies the official IONS emblem, gracefully embedded in the ‘O’, extended to form a stylised numeral '9', marking the occasion of the 9th IONS CoC. The shaded hues of the Indian tricolour filling in the letters, echoes India's forthcoming Chairmanship of IONS. The framing National Flags of the member states reflect the diversity, equality and participation of all nations of the Indian Ocean Region.
Anchoring the composition is a Golden Reef Knot, a subtle maritime motif, which reflects enduring bonds and shared purpose, among naval partners.
