An Indian Naval Reception and Hospitality Centre will be set up in the Naval Dockyard and will serve as a rest and recuperation centre/ embarkation point for all visits. Boats transporting personnel from Ships at anchorage would land at the Reception and Hospitality Centre, stopping by the City Landing Point enroute, if required.

 

The Reception and Hospitality Centre would serve as the R/V Point (Rendezvous Point) for personnel to assemble for all ashore activities connected with IFR and MILAN 2026. Personnel would be required to reach the centre at times indicated in the promulgated programme for embarkation of transport.

 

The centre will have a lounge facility, with free Wi-Fi for personnel to rest whilst they wait for their transport. The centre would house retail counters including Foreign Currency. Exchange (FOREX) facilities, Mobile SIM Cards purchase stands and beverage counters. A Naval Liaison Team would man the Centre, round the clock, to assist personnel.
