Visakhapatnam:The City of Destiny is gearing up to host three major events next month as massive beautification work is in progress to roll out a warm welcome to the participants.
Speaking at the Republic Day Parade at the Naval Base, Vice Admiral Sanjay Bhalla, Flag Officer Commanding in Chief, Eastern Naval Command, reviewed an impressive ceremonial parade comprising over 500 personnel.

Calling upon the men and women of Eastern Naval Command to put forth their best efforts to showcase the Indian Navy and India to the world, the parade stood testimony to the spirit and operational readiness of the command. Complimenting Eastern Naval Command for maintaining a relentless operational tempo and razor-sharp focus on combat readiness, the CinC highlighted the command’s extensive participation in bilateral /multilateral exercises and HADR operations in the past year.
